Non-Routine Veterinary Care
Contact the claims department for guidance before proceeding with non-routine veterinary treatment.
Surgery or Euthanasia
Prior approval from the claims department is required before authorizing surgery or euthanasia.
Death Claims
A necropsy, conducted at your expense, is mandatory for all death claims.
Submission Timeline
Submit all veterinary forms and invoices promptly - no later than 60 days from the date of the claim.
